The School of Education is delighted to invite you to a Twilight Seminar: Bridging Research and Practice: Strategies for Enhancing Teacher Wellbeing in Schools presented by Associate Professor Rebecca Collie from the School of Education, University of New South Wales.
In this presentation, Associate Professor Rebecca Collie will discuss key findings from her research on teacher wellbeing. She will focus on recent studies highlighting common factors that impact teacher wellbeing both individually and across the broader school context. Rebecca will explore the link between research and practice, highlighting practical strategies that teachers, leaders, and the whole school community can use to create a nurturing work environment. Additionally, Rebecca will describe personal strategies that teachers can implement in their everyday teaching to support their own occupational wellbeing.
Cost: $10 which includes a light freshments.
Registrations and light refreshments will be from 3:30pm, in the Building 17 foyer.
