Unlock your inner peace with our guided healing meditations and join us for a tranquil guided meditation class of relaxation, mindfulness and rejuvenation, to release stress, embrace self-love and restore balance in your life. During our meditation classes your meditation teacher will lead you into the world of healing and self-discovery with angels, accented masters and spirit guides.
🧘 What to Expect:
- Starting every class with the guided full body relaxation to calm you and get you ready for the meditation
- Guided meditation session with different topics, like inner healing, self-love, forgiveness, manifesting abundance, finding peace within, changing your beliefs etc; where you can dive deep into your subconscious and unlock your healing potential with the guided visualizations
- Calming music and soothing atmosphere
- Different crystals, you can use in the meditation hub (not to be taken away)
- Oracle cards for guidance
- Techniques for reducing stress
- A sense of community and shared peaceful energy
- Group chat in the end
🕔 What to Bring:
- Comfortable clothing; wear loose, breathable clothes that allow you to move freely and sit comfortably for extended period of time
- Meditation cushion; Class is seated on the floor, so mat or cushion can help you to maintain a good posture and give comfort during the meditation. We provide the meditation mats and little cushions as well, but you can soften everything up with your own cushions, if you like. We also have few seats available for those who are not able to sit on the floor
- Water bottle; stay hydrated before and after the session to keep your energy levels balanced
- Blanket or Shawl; some people like to bring a light blanket or shawl for warmth during the meditation, in case you feel the cold easily or if the room gets cool
- Notebook and Pen; In case you would like to write down reflections or insights after the session and remember them later on as well
- Open Mind; Come with an open heart and positive attitude, ready to learn and relax
- Optional; A small item that makes you feel calm, like crystal, mala beads, little statue or essential oil, you like to use during the meditation. (we provide some crystals you can use and place them into Himalayan rock salt water after the session to be cleansed for the next session)
