Rolene Marks is a dynamic journalist, broadcaster, and passionate advocate for Israel.She appears regularly on international radio and television, contributes to global publications, and is the Chairperson of WIZO’s Hasbara (Public Diplomacy) Division.
Rolene is the founder of Rolene Marks Consulting, working with clients locally and internationally on media, public relations, and Israel-related issues.
She’s a regular voice on Chai FM and a correspondent for global outlets including Channel News Asia and WINA Radio USA.
Rolene presents a weekly English-language show, Modiin and Beyond, on Radio Modiin, and is a frequent guest on news channels such as i24News, CNN, and SABC.
A member of the World WIZO Executive, Rolene represents WIZO at the UN and other international forums on antisemitism and women’s rights.
She co-founded Lay of the Land and the South Africa-Israel Policy Forum and serves as the national spokesperson for the South African Zionist Federation.
