Stand-Up Comedy is the toughest form of public speaking, but also the most rewarding.The Funny Coast Comedy Beginners Stand Up Workshop is lead by professional working Comedians; Mick Neven, Nicky Wilkinson and Jacques Barrett who have a combined 50 years of experience working in the comedy industry.
Since October 2020 we've since taught numerous Sunny Coast locals the basics to get them started in Comedy.
The course is aimed at total beginners, those who've been performing comedy for less than a year, or people who just want to push their limits. Even if you have no interest in a Comedy career, this course will take you outside your comfort zone and make you a more confident Public Speaker.
It consists of 3 x 4 hour sessions at the Light Industry Workshop space in Kunda Park, and a Graduation Performance at Solbar in Maroochydore.
