About
MISSION: to foster a supportive community where women can connect, share experiences, and work towards health & wellbeing goals through judgment-free socialisation, motivational talks, and a network for assistance and support. EVENTS: will be regular, informal gatherings at the Veneto Club on the 2nd Tuesday monthly (March - November). We will encourage open conversations and provide a relaxed atmosphere for women to connect, promoting inclusiveness and welcome diversity in age, background, and experiences. Our environment will be one where everyone feels accepted and valued. SPEAKERS: We will try and source guest speakers who have overcome mental health challenges or are experts in the field.
