Make salami like an Artisan!
Join us in the 1936 Langley Manor kitchen for an intimate and entertaining day of salami making with one of our country's experts in all things meat: Robert Schubert.
Rob Schubert is a passionate sausage maker specialising in both fresh and cured products, with over 40 years' personal experience as a butcher, and generations of family heritage behind him.
The Salami Day, from 9 am to 2 pm, includes all practical hands-on tuition, as well as hints and tips, from the start to the finished product. And you get to take home up to 5 kilograms of raw salami or chorizo for drying or frying!
Everything is included: all the resources you need for the day to make salami are supplied, including a light lunch and tea or coffee. You can BYO refreshments if you wish.
Enjoy making and sharing the salami with family and friends! And you have the joy of learning from others and developing your own techniques.
