Invenio – Bits and Pieces
Adventurous Melbourne vocal ensemble, Invenio, celebrates its 15-year anniversary with a program that highlights material from across their prolific catalogue of shows and recordings.
Invenio are known for their innovative and sophisticated approach to choral composition and performance through conceptual composition, extended vocal technique, fluid improvising and choreographed movement. The group performs works predominantly composed by its founder and leader, Gian Slater and comprises some of Melbourne’s most creative and skilled improvising vocalists.
In this special performance, they will present pieces from small to large scale shows, from words to wordless, from complex to minimalistic, from experimental to subline all woven together with their immersive improvising soundscapes.

Online sales close at 7:30pm on the day of the concert. Tickets can be purchased at the door, dependent on availability. Tempo Rubato is a cashless venue.
