🎟 About the Raffle
The Royal Brunei Airlines Business Class Return Ticket Raffle is proudly administered by the African Music and Cultural Festival (AMCF).
Two winners will each receive one (1) Business Class return ticket from Melbourne to Dubai, courtesy of Royal Brunei Airlines.
Please note: The prize includes flights only and does not cover accommodation, meals, or travel insurance.
✈️ Ticket Terms and Conditions
Each Business Class return ticket is valid under the following terms:
• Non-redeemable for any other Royal Brunei products or cash.
• Non-transferable to any other persons or airlines.
• Non-reroutable and non-refundable.
• Tickets must be redeemed within 3 months of the event.
• All travel must be completed by 21 May 2026.
• Travel on these tickets excludes high and shoulder periods.
• Blackout periods:
– 30 November 2025 – 10 January 2026
– 1 – 12 April 2026
• Ticket is valid for a maximum stay of 60 days from first date of departure.
• Reservations must be made at least 21 days before departure.
• Booking is strictly subject to seat availability on the day of travel.
• Ticket does not include government statutory taxes or seat selection.
• Government taxes (approx. AUD $215) to be paid by the winner.

👤 Eligibility
• Entrants must be 18 years or older.
• Each raffle ticket purchased provides one entry into the draw.
• Multiple entries are permitted.
• Tickets purchased by ineligible entrants are void.
🏆 Prize Details
• Two (2) Business Class Return Tickets from Melbourne to Dubai.
• One winner drawn per day: Saturday 22 & Sunday 23 November 2025.
• Each prize includes return flights only — accommodation, meals, and travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner.
📣 Winner Selection
• Winners will be drawn randomly on stage and announced publicly.
• Winners will also be notified by phone and email after verification.
• Winners must present their raffle ticket stub to claim the prize.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or fails verification, an alternate winner will be drawn.
🔐 Release, Privacy & General Conditions
• By accepting the prize, winners release AMCF, Royal Brunei Airlines, and partners from liability related to participation or prize use.
• Winners consent to AMCF using their name and likeness for promotional purposes, unless they request otherwise in writing.
• AMCF reserves the right to cancel or amend the raffle if circumstances beyond its control affect fairness or operation.
• AMCF decisions are final and binding.

All disputes will be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, with proceedings conducted exclusively in Victorian courts.
