About
Once a month, Mosman Seniors' Centre hosts a ‘Themed Lunch’ with entertainment. Community Transport may be available for those requiring assistance.As our lunches are partly funded by the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), eligibility criteria apply. To be eligible, you need to be 65 years or older, completed an aged care assessment with My Aged Care and subsequently provide us with your My Aged Care ID number for our records. You can contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or book an assessment online;
