About
About
Thunderous applause echos across the street. The silly, electrifying performances radiate, welcoming you to the planet CAMP. 🌈🛸
Established in 2023, this show was set up as a rejection of the pressure to have a certain image, to make acts that are commercially viable and critical of the exclusion of kings/things on many lineups.
It’s Camp is the freedom to reject the conformity and mainstream obsession of one image for drag. It is a lineup to foster connections between emerging and established drag artists in a way that celebrates campery 💅
Expect bold numbers, iconic costumes, and a lively crowd.
From passata giveaways to hula hoop showdowns,
Who knows what will happen this time round 👀
Lineup:
Silvio Di Baci, Mr Misty-Eyed, Ira Luxuria, Johnny Gash, Baby G and Belial B'Zarr.
🎟️ Tickets are limited!
Free MOB Tickets
This project is supported by Arts Merri-bek through the 2024-2025 Flourish Arts Grant Program.
It’s Camp takes place on the lands of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to Elders past and present. Sovereignty was never ceded - always was, always will be Aboriginal land.
