Yoga on the Farm - Seven Hills Organic Farm, Roelands (SOLD OUT)

Karmen's Yoga has teamed up with Seven Hills Organic Farm, based in Roelands in the South West of WA, to bring you; Yoga on the Farm.

This unique experience starts with a vinyasa style yoga class led by Karmen out on the lawn, with views of the hills so we can take in the beautiful landscape as we practice. We then take our time to connect with each other amongst a morning tea on the veranda. Farmer Greg will give us a walking tour of Seven Hills Organic Farm, and share some of his biodynamic gardening knowledge with you all.

An amazing way to get grounded and back in touch with yourself and nature as we start to embrace the warmer seasons.

Nourish your body beyond the event and add a seasonal organic veggie box to your ticket.

All levels of fitness are welcome, this is a beginner friendly yoga class. We will have some mats available to borrow on the day.
