A feast of extraordinary music, featuring Francis Poulenc's famous Organ Concerto, as well as the immortal Albinoni's Adagio for Organ and Strings, Handel's joyously tuneful concerto 'The Cuckoo & the Nightingale' and Respighi's beautiful suite for Organ and Strings! Acclaimed organists Sam Giddy and Fiona Loader on the Cathedral's Great Organ join forces with St Andrew's Cathedral Orchestra, led by virtusuo violinist, Fiona Ziegler, for an afternoon of gorgeous tunes, playful, scrumptious harmonies and spine-tingling moments of pure organ and orchestra thrills!
