Do you drive past your local bush reserve? Have you ever stopped to think why it has been preserved? On your daily walk with the dog do you wish you knew more about the flowers and plant species in your local bush patch?
Join Steve McCabe on an expedition around Bindaring Park, where every trail leads to a new discovery and every tree tells a story. With a deep-rooted passion for environmental stewardship and a wealth of knowledge in bushland management, Steve is your trusted companion on this immersive bushwalk experience.
Join us as we embark on a journey of discovery, and together, let's appreciate and protect the precious biodiversity of our local bush patches for generations to come.
This workshop is hosted by the Town of Bassendean in partnership with Switch Your Thinking.

Even if you don’t own the home you live in, there are many things you can do to live more sustainably including being more energy and water efficient. Come along to this workshop to learn how you can save money on your bills, your rights as a renter and how to speak with your landlord about enacting simple changes.
