This workshop follows on from the Adults Hand building pottery workshop.
After creating your pottery artwork, it will now need to be glazed under the guidance of your tutor Bob Newitt.
Bob will guide you in selecting glazes to help you achieve the desired effect for the completion of your pottery creation.
All materials will be supplied.

Lino printing is a fun and easy way to make relief prints. In this class, you'll learn to:
- Cut and carve your designs
- Create & print vibrant images
- Combine rubber stamps to tell stories or make stunning patterns
- Transfer your designs onto paper, fabric and found objects

Home Grown - a celebration of local musical talent

Gloucester Creatives celebrates musicians who developed their musical skills in Gloucester. Join us in our beautiful outdoor space, as 3 talented Gloucester 'kids' return to delight us with their music.
Will Bowden is a multi-instrumentalist who keep the lights on by teaching music to all ages and a Bowden Brothers gig here and there. Will has released music on Spotify and Bandcamp.
Charles Tonks completed his HSC in Gloucester last year and is continuing his musical journey with a Bachelor in Music & Performing Arts at NUspace University of Newcastle.
Our third artist is Tink Everett who grew up singing alongside her Dad Nole Poley Everett. Tink was inducted to the Hunter Valley Country Music Stars of Fame in 2023.
Tink, Will and Charles will be joined by local Gloucester Creatives member Travis Mclachlan-Ifield, who will open our show. Travis is 12 & has won the Junior section of the Wingham Busker Muster for the past 3 years!

Please note that to complete your creation, you will also need to book into a pottery glazing workshop as well. Your creation will need a couple of weeks to dry and be fired prior to glazing which is why the workshops are spaced a couple of weeks apart.
