You are invited to the 2024 Catchment Forums - sharing catchment findings from the Healthy Waterways Strategy mid-term review exploring responses to the recommendations. Forums are being held across the five catchments - Yarra, Westernport, Werribee, Maribyrnong and Dandenong. Join us for a guided waterways walk prior to the catchment forum. Time: 9:15 arrival for 9:30 departure, returning 10:30am Location: Birdsland Reserve - 271 Mt Morton Rd, Belgrave Heights. Park / meet at: Birdsland Reserve car park, overflow parking at Birdsland Reserve Education Centre. Meet at shelter in Birdsland Reserve car park. Note: Entry via Mt Morton Road includes approximately 750m of gravel road. Please respect the local speed limit 20 KM/H. What to wear/bring: appropriate closed toe footwear for outdoors, warm/wet weather clothing. If the walk needs to be cancelled due to extreme or unsafe weather conditions we will contact you via email.
