In this workshop, you will be provided with practical approachs to enhancing your ability to lead challenging conversations effectively, and build high-performing, empowered teams.
You will learn what makes conversations difficult and behaviours challenging, and how to listen in a way that enables you to identify what matters most to others.

How can school leaders build courageous teams that are not afraid to speak up, and not afraid of feedback? These are some of the issues Dr Amy Silver will address in this full day workshop. Psychological Safety - An Overview with Dr Amy Silver (CANCELLED)

Workplaces must focus on psychological safety for sustained high performance.
Psychological safety is a collective effort, rather than an individual one. However, each individual in the collective must develop an understanding of how their behaviour impacts the whole, in order for psychological safety to be built into a work community.
This session will help you understand the what, why and how of psychological safety. We will cover recent research on why psychological safety is needed in workplaces, and you will be given tools and questions to take back to your community, to increase psychological safety and therefor also improve performance.
