Covering a range of basic kitchen skills, that are must haves in any kitchen, this course is perfect for beginners to develop a simple repertoire of recipes that can be modified for a range of meals. One night per week for 6 weeks, you will extend your skill base each week. Starting with simple knife skills, like how to chop an onion efficiently, you will learn to cook 2 -3 dishes each week. The course culminates in a delicious 3 course meal in week 6.
