About

Accelerate! is UWA’s elite training program designed for players in years 10-12 who are looking to take their performance and creative music skills to the next level. 

Following the success of the Conservatorium's Accelerate! Strings and Guitar programs, we are excited to offer this program across ALL instrumental areas in 2023 Strings*, Brass, Woodwind, Percussion, Guitar**, Keyboard, Voice and Electronic Music & Sound Design (EMSD). 

Participants will enjoy workshops and masterclasses and receive expert individualised input on performance skills, exam tips, musicianship and more!

Places are strictly limited and entry is via application and audition.

* Accelerate Strings will also run in Term 3 - date TBA (email concerts@uwa.edu.au for more details)
