Embracing Anxiety - Public Workshop with Molly Tipping

Combining nervous system education, grounding practices, soothing Feldenkrais movements, visualisations, and supportive breath patterns this workshop is designed to give you tools to understand, calm, and strengthen your autonomic nervous system. Unite body, mind and environment, and discover how befriending your nervous system can support you to confidently change the way you feel and act in life.
This workshop is designed for those who experience mild-moderate anxiety as well as parents, body workers, teachers and therapists.
Molly Tipping (she/her/they) is a gentle and joyful Somatic Practitioner specialising in embodiment, anxiety, emotional potency and the performing arts. Molly runs a busy private practice in Boorloo/Perth and lectures at the West Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) in Kinesiology, Movement for Actors, Resilience Tools and Performance Anxiety. There will be a recording taken of this workshop. If you would prefer not to be included in the recording, please let us know at the start of the session.
There will be an hour for lunch. You can bring your own or visit one of the many nearby cafes and restaurants.
Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move easily in. You will be able to borrow a mat, however, you are welcome to bring your own.
