2023 Ravens Netball Junior Pre-Season Fitness and Skills
This three-week program will give netballers the opportunity to become fitter in preparation for the season ahead. Sessions are run by experienced coaches and focus on fitness with footwork, strength and ball skills incorporated. Some match play may be included.
