For the first time in history, travel behind ex-Victorian Railways R Class locomotive, R766 double-heading with ex-NSW Railways 59 Class locomotive, 5917. Diesel 42107 will haul our train from Sydney Terminal or Strathfield to Enfield where we will swap it for our 2 steam locomotives. Sit back and relax as our loco's work hard up the beautiful Southern Highlands to Goulburn arriving at Lunch time. You will have 3 hours in Goulburn for lunch and to visit the town before our return Journey to Sydney. This will be the first time R766 as lead a passenger train in the Sydney area.

Private Compartment — $550 per group

One booking is good for up to a maximum of eight (8) people, including children.

Four Seat Booth — $400 per booth

Four seat booth with a table in a heritage saloon carriage.

First Class Duo — $280 for two people

Window seating for two people in a classic heritage carriage 

First Class Single — $140 per person

Single seat ticket in a First Class lounge carriage, with access to the buffet and bar service.

Buffet Car:

A buffet car will be available, With a small selection of Light snacks, Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages

BYO alcohol is allowed, however, large eskys will not be permitted

Babies and Toddlers:

Babies in arms and small toddlers not requiring a booked seat may be brought along at no additional cost.

Toilets:

Toilets are available in all carriages.

Mobile Phones:

There are limited charging points on the heritage equipment. It is recommended that you bring an external battery charger for your mobile devices.

Motive Power:

Steam locomotives R766 and 5917 are planned to double-head this tour in both directions from Enfield to Goulburn. Diesel 42107 will lead the train from Sydney Terminal to Enfield
