Your registration is appreciated for planning purposes - eg organising food vendors and seatingFleurieu AG FEST aims to
*showcase the ideas and technology used in agriculture, other primary production, conservation and land management
*promote the diversity and abundance of ag career pathways and related pathways
Gates open to the public from 9.30am - with displays until at least 4pm.
There will be speaker and panel sessions from 10.30am targeted for students but open to all and sessions targeted for producers and community members from 2pm onwards, followed by a BBQ.
Scope: agriculture; horticulture; viticulture; fisheries; forestry; conservation and land management; agritourism and value adding; ag suppliers and service providers
There will be no charge for attending the event.
Students will be able to gain ideas for school projects; inspiration for careers, work experience and subject choices.
