As part of our wellbeing platform at St Peter’s Girls’ School, one our key roles is educating families about the challenges facing young people.
A topic that has risen to prominence in the wider community of late is the issue of vaping. Accordingly, we are pleased to offer parents across Years 5 to 12 the opportunity to attend an information session hosted by respected drug and alcohol education expert Paul Dillon. Paul is well known to our School, having spoken with parents and students on other important topics in the past.
This session will provide up-to-date information on the use of e-cigarettes and vaping, including the potential harms associated with these devices. Practical advice will also be provided on how to talk to young people about vaping.
