Synopsis: At the centre of the plot of “Non ti pago!” (I won’t pay you!) we find the rivalry between Don Ferdinando Quagliuolo, owner of a lottery agency and unlucky player, and his employee Mario Bertolini, punctual winner of every draw and suitor of his daughter Stella. When Bertolini wins 4 million lira by playing numbers received in a dream from Don Ferdinando's deceased father, a furious argument breaks out between the two rivals. The story is enriched by a series of heists and surreal situations that will end with a surprise ending.
