PROGRAM
Dress code: smart evening wear
Start time - 6.30 PM in The Wardroom
Acoustic performers by The Original Fo'c's'le Firkins
Plated dinner - 7.00 PM - including Entrée and mains (alternate drops), and a grazing board petit-four on each table. (Vegan / vegetarian on specific request)
DJ from 8 .30 PM
Event concludes - 11.00 PM

Entree: Pressed lamb shoulder, cauliflower, raisin, black cumin or Pulled beef croquette, truffle aioli, parmesan, capers.
Main: Barramundi, kipler potato, market greens, salsa verde or Lamb rack, aubergine puree, grilled courgette, hazelnut dukkha & Petit-fours board
