Vinyasa flow Yoga: is a dynamic class where we aim to strengthen, stretch and make us more flexible.The classes focus on using the tools that Yoga gives us to achieve a better way of living. While working out our body we will focus on the control of our mind. Learning how to enjoy the relationship with the own body, how we are, what we can do and what we can’t, but mostly, what we may do to be the best version of us.
Morning Gentle Flow: a class designed to wake up the body, align your system, and harmonize your upcoming day.
Ideal for beginners or those-ones who want a slower pace flow.

Power Yoga: A dynamic class focuses on building your strength and endurance. After a challenging sequence of postures, your body is ready to cool down into a deeper flexibility poses and a restoring Savasana.
