Veranda Theatre's latest work is a verbatim theatre production, based on real stories with regional women across Far North Queensland who are members of the Qld Country Women's Association. Complemented with audio and visual imagery, the work explores real lives, history, diversity and achievements. It celebrates the support these women bring to other women and their local communities. It's honest, heartfelt and at times, hilarious. This project is supported by, Arts Queensland, Box Jelly Theatre, QCWA and End Credits Film Club.Location
