*Burpengary Jets Players Only!*2 Hour Speed & Agility Clinic tailored to young athletes age 9 to 16 years old. It will cover the fundamentals of speed, motor coordination, reactability, muscle endurance, and agility. Our focus is to teach the technical skills to youth, to provide future progression and greater opportunities for them to excel in their chosen sport.
