A two hour interactive workshop delivering the following topics:

- Which communications channel is best?
- What is Social Media?
- Types of content
- Building engagement with great content
- Admin section & Insights
- Basics of Facebook advertising
- Examples of great Facebook pages
- How to measure success (survey monkey basics)
