Balance the Hormones Workshop
This workshop is to help you better understand your hormones and the impact they have on different stages of a woman’s cycle. Various scenarios will be discussed from PMT to Perimenopausal issues. Stress can also have an affect on our hormones including mood swings, changes in appetite & interrupted sleep patterns. As a result, we can feel out of balance & become irritable & frustrated with ourselves & our families.
This aim of this session is to give you self-help techniques which you can use on your hands e when you are experiencing the above symptoms which will in turn help calm the mind and body.
Includes a booklet with theory & practical descriptions.

- Therapists who are currently practicing in a modality such as massage, reflexology, beauty or similar and wish to learn new techniques to complement their existing practice.
