TRIBE One Heart and GANGA GIRI have Created Cacao Ceremonial Dance events together since 2014, and we are very excited, that the time has come to co-create a Powerful, Celebratory and Regular Dance event for our Melbourne Community on this Winter Solstice !

TRIBE One Heart
Celebrating 10 years, is Melbourne's original ongoing Cacao Ceremonial Dance event. TRIBE One Heart and Cacao Dance, Co-founded by Paras Yazdani, has been held in Australia regularly, with up to 350 people joining together to Dance as One TRIBE, with one United Heartbeat.
We have always shared clear, heart connected spaces, that are drug and alcohol free, and plant based.

GANGA GIRI 
Headlining National & International Festivals, representing Australia's Indigenous music, GANGA's Didgeridoo, Percussion and Beats are recognised and loved worldwide. Full of Power, it's a celebratory Dance experience that's never forgotten.

Since 2014, when TRIBE and GANGA first Collaborated at one of TRIBE's first Cacao Dance & Yoga Party's, this exciting monthly Full Moon Cacao Dance Collaboration has been in the making, and we're very excited to share this experience regularly with you Melbourne !

Guided Authentic Shamanic Sacred Cacao ceremony
Grounding and Heart nourishing ceremony with Paras Yazdani.
Cacao assists us in Spirit, and physically, to drop our barriers, open our Heart, and ground into our bodies, and to open to our intentions ~ clearing the channels connecting us to our Spirit and our Earth below.
Her Presence lovingly adds Depth to our Journey, as well as opening our Hearts to natural Playfulness and Happiness in our Hearts.

Cacao ceremony and dancing with Cacao :
Spirit of Cacao channelling for this time

Cacao, having assisted us since Ancient times, had, and is worked with today, in welcoming health to the mind, body and spirit, in ways that have evolved as we have.

Physically, it nourishes the body, and contains very high Calcium, as well as Iron, Magnesium and the B vitamins, and contains a compound Theobromine, that expands the blood vessels.

 
Spiritually, the spirit of the Cacao works primarily through the Heart, in a gentle and powerful way, to allow clarity, release, and opening of space within.
It is especially a great carrier of intention from deep within the Heart and Spirit, and assists lovingly, in grounding these intentions into this reality.
She helps our wishes and dreams to be created in this world, our physical bodies to be cleared, and provides a remembrance of our collective Unity, Compassion and Love.

Ganga's Music is a Pumping Percussive Multi Layered Experience of Complex Grooves and Raw, Deep Natural Sound of Indigenous Australian and World Music.
Ganga headlines festivals in Australia and worldwide, highly recognised as representing Australian Indigenous music, with beats and live instruments played that open the heart, and you cant help but to go deep and dance to.

Paras is a qualified, and practicing
