Safe Church Program Presenter Training - WA
This full-day Presenter Training forms part of the process of becoming an endorsed Safe Church Awareness Workshop presenter with the National Council of Churches in Australia (NCCA) Safe Church Program.
This event is being held in Perth and is focused on the state of Western Australia. Presenter Training in other Australian states and territories will follow in the near future.
The training day covers:
- who the NCCA is and why we run these workshops,
- training and discussions around the presentation of each of the four sessions of the workshop including state-specific content,
- running grooming awareness activity
- adult learning styles,
- ecumenism and it's important role in these workshops,
- presentation tips,
- admin and logistics.
Lunch and morning tea will be provided.
Please note:
You must have previously attended one of our Safe Church Awareness Workshops and have filled in a Presenter Application Form prior to attending.
