ELITE ACADEMY
7 weekly sessions each Monday 7.30pm - 8.30pm
OPEN TO BOYS & GIRLS FROM ANY CLUB OR ASSOCIATION, BORN 2007-2013, WHO CURRENTLY PLAY REP' OR A-GRADE DOMESTIC
+ High-level and intense training sessions
+ Technical skill training
+ Strength & conditioning relevant to the players age
+ Mindset, mentality & discipline components
+ Guidance on how to prepare for Tryouts
+ Ongoing mentoring and support by our Head Coach (Brad Waters)
SHOOTING ACADEMY
7 weekly sessions each Tuesday 7.30pm - 8.30pm
OPEN TO BOYS & GIRLS, 8 YEARS & OLDER, FROM ANY CLUB OR ASSOCIATION
+ Development of players Shooting technique
+ Tailored drills to for repetition of correct shooting technique
+ Focus on improving players ability to be consistent shooters in any variation
+ Mindset, mentality & discipline components
GIRLS ONLY ACADEMY
6 weekly sessions each Sunday 2.00pm - 3.00pm
OPEN TO ONLY GIRLS, 5 YEARS & OLDER, FROM ANY CLUB OR ASSOCIATION
+ Tailored skill, technique & court positioning training
+ Strength & conditioning relevant to the players age
+ Mindset, mentality & discipline components
SKILL BUILDER ACADEMY
6 weekly sessions each Sunday 3.00pm - 4.00pm or Thursday 7.30pm - 8.30pm
OPEN TO BOYS & GIRLS, 7 YEARS & OLDER, FROM ANY CLUB OR ASSOCIATION
+ Focus on fundamental skill improvement & confidence building
+ Tailored skill, technique & court positioning training
+ Strength & conditioning relevant to the players age
+ Mindset, mentality & discipline components
ROOKIE ACADEMY
6 weekly sessions each Sunday 4.00pm - 5.00pm
OPEN TO BOYS & GIRLS, 5 YEARS & OLDER, FROM ANY CLUB OR ASSOCIATION
Our academy Head Coach (Brad) will help develop your child's skills, teach correct technique, improve their balance/coordination/footwork, assist with their match play experience & more!
KINDER ACADEMY
6 weekly sessions each Friday 9.30am - 10.15am
OPEN TO 3 OR 4 YEAR OLD BOYS & GIRLS
Our academy Head Coach (Brad) will help develop your child's hand-eye coordination, general ball skills, balance.
Each session will consist of skill development and fun games where the young ones will have a blast whilst enhancing their overall skills!
LADIES ACADEMY
6 weekly sessions each Friday 11.00am - 12.00pm
OPEN TO LADIES OF ALL AGES WANTING TO LEARN OR DEVELOP THEIR BASKETBALL SKILLS
+ Focus on fundamental skill development and improvement
+ Guidance with correct technique and execution of skill
+ General aerobic fitness and body-weight training
+ Match play, drills and more!
