More and more teams are using the relational mapping tool from Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) to make sense of team dynamics (contextual reformulation). This workshop will consider the needs of teams that provide health care and support services, through the relational lens of CAT, offering simple and easy to use maps to help a team reflect more openly about unhelpful and stuck patterns. The workshop will provide an opportunity to gain skills in applying the formulation of CAT through mapping for teams that can also be used in supervision, secondary, and tertiary consultations.Location
