National Reconciliation Week - Reconciliation Forum
About
The Bass Coast Reconciliation Network is hosting a Forum as part of National Reconciliation Week to support industry, business, schools and community groups to learn why its important to have a Reconciliation Action Plan. Through two panel discussions we hope to share our stories about the process, benefits, challenges, impacts, and achievements of being a part of reconciliation. The day will commence with a Welcome to Country and Smoking ceremony with Bunurong Traditional Owners.
Panel 1 will consist of leaders of reconciliation from the four organisations that represent Bass Coast Reconciliation Network and Reconciliation Victoria and Panel 2 will consist of leaders in the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community.
We encourage members of the community to join us to listen and ask questions to learn about how you can Be a Voice for Generations through reconciliation by working, walking and talking together.
