Join us at our home and tranquil space, Harmony Retreat, Meelon as we welcome Goddesses (aged 8ish and above) to come together for a girly slumber party full of connection, creativity and adventure.

This event is suitable for women, teenagers and girls aged 8ish and above who are wishing to connect with likeminded women in a nurturing community that supports mental health and well-being through authentic connection, creativity, mindfulness, and play.

We create a safe and inclusive space for women who are attending on their own to foster new connections and friendships.

Please feel free to dress-up or wear a flower crown, think forest fairies, elves, butterflies… It’s a wonderful opportunity and space to get creative and choose attire that you wouldn’t normally wear.

Bedding (bottom sheet, pillow, and doona or sleeping bag)

Yoga Mat, Blankets and Cushion (for the sound healing)
