The extremely talented performers of the GSODA Junior Players are proud to present Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat is inspired by the Bible’s Book of Genesis, and follows the story of Joseph, the son of Jacob and one of 12 brothers. Gifted a ‘coat of many colours’ by his father as a sign of favouritism, he becomes the object of his brothers' jealousy. When he is then sold into slavery by his menacing brothers behind his father’s back, Joseph uses his skills as a dreamer to find his way back home. Featuring classic songs such as Any Dream Will Do; Close Every Door To Me and Go, Go, Go Joseph; the biblical tale with humour and heart is a musical and colourful feast for the eyes and ears alike.Location
