Christina Keeble will explore what demand avoidance is, how it can look in Autistic & ADHD kids and explain what PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) is. She will delve into why traditional behaviour strategies don't work and how to best support with relationshipbased & trauma informed approaches. Live Q&A.
Christina has 21 years of professional experience as a specialist teacher, experience in disability and community services & lived experience as an Autistic/ADHD mum to 2 neurodivergent PDAers.
Live event will be recorded for the ticket holders who can't attend live. This is suitable for parents/carers, families, individuals, educators and teachers, education support staff, disability support staff and allied health professionals. Everyone welcome.
