Central Coast Steiner School is delighted to welcome acclaimed author and wellbeing specialist, Daisy Turnbull to our school. Daisy will present a talk regardingthe importance of resilience and independence in young people. This talk is offered to all parents of all students at our school, primary and high school.
Daisy will talk about the importance of promoting opportunities for young people to take risks so that they grow stronger and more confident. She will navigate how to reclaim conversations with young people in order to build strong, deeply connected relationships. Her focus is on developing physical and social skills, responsibility and character.
Daisy is the author of two valuable books: ‘50 Risks to Take With Your Kids’ and ‘50 Questions to Ask Your Teens’. Her presentation will support parents to better connect with their children and help them to grow into strong functioning, self-aware and kind adults.
