About
This year, the Big V Senior Women from Blackburn Basketball Club are dedicating their Round 14 Big V game to support and raise money for MND Victoria (Motor Neuron Disease Victoria).MND Victoria is a cause that is very close to our team, with one of our players, Kate Pattison, being directly impacted by this awful disease.
MND Victoria is a not-for-profit organisation that provides incredible care and support for people living with MND. Their services range from carer support and support coordination, to equipment hire through their equipment library. This care doesn’t stop at one person, it extends to the immediate family and makes navigating this awful disease that little bit easier.
MND Victoria live by their motto ‘Until there’s a cure, there’s care’.
