Yoga in Slings Foundations
About
Yoga in Slings combines energising hatha yoga postures on the mat and in the sling. The Foundations focuses on the basics and proper alignment of traditional asanas, utilising slings to facilitate a deeper practice with less effort. Participants receive hands-on assistance and adjustments to support their personal practice and enhance their understanding of the body's anatomy.
The sling, bearing some or all of the body weight, takes the practice to a new level, emphasising;
- flexibility
- core stability
- body awareness
- trust & surrender
Inversions, with their numerous therapeutic benefits, become more accessible and fun in the sling. This class gives you all the tools to attend the Yoga in Slings events with confidence.
Ideal for beginners in Yoga in Slings or those returning after a break!
No experience necessary – this is not acrobatics.

Cancellation policy
If necessary, kindly provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations before your scheduled booking to allow others the opportunity to join the class. Failure to give the required notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the session. In such cases, no refunds, partial or otherwise, will be issued.
