Some of Canberra’s most seasoned musicians recreate the music of two iconic bands, Santana and The Doors.Featuring the soaring guitar and percussion pyrotechnics essential to Santana’s latin blues rock fusion, Black Magic play a catalogue of hits including Oye Como Va, Black Magic Woman and Evil Ways.
Riders on the Storm light their own fire to conjure up the spirit of the Lizard King and the unique mix of blues, rock, jazz and world music that was The Doors, featuring the sounds of the keyboard bass synonymous with Ray Mazarek as well as the blues harp Jim Morrison played on Roadhouse Blues and other classic tracks, as they bring you over an hour of rightly celebrated music.
