Join Members and Friends of the Cairns Historical Society and Cairns Museum for our newest temporary gallery opening of '50 Treasures Revisited'. In 2020 James Cook University celebrated its 50th Anniversary. To highlight this milestone 50 rare, precious treasures were selected from the JCU Library Special Collection. The Cairns Museum presents a selection of 17 treasures in combination of real and digital artifacts which resonate with Far North Queensland.
