About
A choral concert featuring a wide range of timeless, popular songs from musical theatre through the decades, with the earliest being Mack the Knife from the 1920s Threepenny Opera, through to You Will be Found from Dear Evan Hansen, which opened on Broadway in 2016. The program also includes other well-known songs such as Send in the Clowns, Oklahoma, Aquarius, a medley from the perennial favourite Les Miserables, plus many more.At the end of the concert, everyone is invited to stay and share homemade afternoon tea with the choir.
The concert will be conducted by Tasmanian Song Company musical director, Suze Quinn and choir accompanist, Amanda Lee, will accompany the choir on piano.
