As we arrive we’ll open up a sacred space for some sharing so we can briefly feel into your story. This allows each of us the opportunity to soften to one another, and to ensure you feel safe, supported and connected before entering our journey together.
As we move into our collective rhythmic breath, we begin to access the intimate flow of life. Allow it to move you, express through you and trust in it’s intuitive healing power to let go of all that is no longer serving you.
As we breath, we listen. Let us tend to your journey through the emotive tenderness and healing vibrations of ancient sounds and acoustic medicine.
As our journey comes to a close, we’ll move slowly into a final circle to share, to listen and to integrate any wisdom or insights you may have received throughout our time together.
