Parkville are a cathartic folk duo from the Dandenong Ranges of Victoria. Liam (guitar) and Dylan (violin) have spent the better part of the last decade developing the kind of musical synergy that leads many an audience member to conclude that they must be siblings or spouses.Cutting their teeth busking in Melbourne’s Bourke Street Mall, Parkville established their winning formula: a driving Mumford And Sons style backbone and boldly honest songwriting, topped with Knur’s signature effects-pedals-laden violin playing and a Punch Brothers-esque penchant for playful arrangements.
