This is training for service provider staff who need to use the Client Relationship Information System (for Service Providers), either CRIS or CRISSP, including, Contracted Case Managers, Targeted Care Package key workers and Team Leaders from any of these areas.A range of fundamentals of using CRIS/SP will be covered as well as how to access: information in several CRIS Components, record police checks, record assessments, understand meeting types, create referrals for placements, record information under LAC dimensions including demographic information, create quarterly reports, make referrals, record contact, navigate and use case practice tabs (SAFER), including creation of case plans and cultural plans with goals and tasks, create court reports, complete kinship assessments.
