RACQ CapRescue Degustation

Since its inception in 2015, the RACQ CapRescue Degustation, presented by QMAG, has proven to be a culinary highlight on the Central Queensland event calendar. Growing from 120 guests in 2015 to 200 guests in 2022, this exclusive event has sold out each year, with all proceeds going to the Service.

In 2023, this spectacular dining experience will see renowned chef Matt Golinski present a superb six-course degustation, celebrating both local produce and talent. Together with premium drink pairings, fantastic entertainment and more, there is no denying this exclusive event will excite and delight once again. As a part of the Capricorn Food & Wine Festival, the Degustation dinner gains exposure through one of the most well attended events on the Central Queensland social calendar.
