• Full refund for cancellations made 7+ days in advance.
• 50% refund for cancellations made 2 days in advance.
• No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the event.
• Rescheduling allowed up to 2 days in advance, subject to availability.
• Shelanu may cancel or postpone events; options for a full refund or rescheduling are offered.
