AGHS ACT Monaro Riverina Branch AGM 2023, and
Annual Lecture Australian Garden History: Growing the Journal
The Annual General Meeting of the ACT Monaro Riverina Branch of AGHS for 2023 will be followed by our Annual Lecture, Australian Garden History: Growing the Journal.
Editor of our Journal, Francesca Beddie, will talk about how she, a non garden historian and not a specialist gardener took on this role, and some of her experiences as editor. How does she put an issue together? What is the story of the Journal? In times of change, what might be its future? Please come and contribute to the discussion.
As usual delicious refreshments will be served after the talk.
Date/Time: Wednesday 9 August 2023. The AGM starts at 5.30 pm. The Annual Lecture starts at 6.00 pm.
